International Women’s Day is a worldwide event held on Friday 8^th March 2019 that celebrates women’s achievements – from the political to the social – while calling for gender equality. Which is why the theme for International Women’s Day 2019 is #BalanceforBetter and aims to raise awareness against bias and take action for equality.
